Once baby N starts gives you more consistent nights of sleep, you can start moving exercise up the priority list, but you need to do what feels right for you now, some days that might be sleeping, others it might be movement! All in good time 🙌
Behavior Change is so nuanced and fascinating! You can have all the correct exercise and nutrition information, but often the behavioral side of things is the roadblock.
I think your comment got cut off (or at least can’t see the tail end!) but totally agree, it’s one thing to know this information but another to apply it — that’s where it can be tricky! Awareness, accountability and reflection are all important pieces of the puzzle… behavior change is fascinating!
